it’s true that there’s no such thing as a silly question, so here are the answers to our most common questions and our t&C’s


Timescales & Last minute orders:

As much notice as possible is always best.

As a rough guide we ask for around 3-4 weeks notice for orders to ensure availability.

We do however always try our best to accommodate ‘last minute’ orders (orders within 7 days of delivery or collection).

Please note: when last minute orders are accepted we require payment in full at the time of booking to confirm your order with us.


Making an enquiry:

To make an enquiry please complete our online enquiry form found in the ‘How to Order’ section of the website.

Placing an order:

Once your enquiry has been received we will be in touch to discuss your order.

When you are ready to place an order with us we will confirm all the details we require and ask for a deposit to secure the booking.


Our prices:

We do not currently have a published price list for our cakes and cupcakes.

Our bakes are priced on an individual basis based on their size, design, and complexity.


deposit:

We ask for a small non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure your order.

Cupcakes: £10

Cakes: £20

Wedding Cakes: £50

Please note: Orders will not be confirmed until a deposit has been received.

Payment:

We accept payment via bank transfer.

Cakes & Cupcakes: We require payment in full 7 days ahead of delivery or collection.

Wedding Cakes: We require payment in full 10 days ahead of delivery or collection.


allergies & intolerances:

Allergies and dietary intolerances are always an important consideration for us.

We therefore always ask if you have any dietary allergies or intolerances.

We do our best to accommodate allergies or intolerances and will discuss this on an individual basis.

Free-from cakes & vegan:

We do our best to cater for special dietary requirements.

We currently offer some gluten free cakes and cupcakes.

We do not currently offer any vegan or dairy free options.


Making changes to an order:

If you would like to make changes to your order once your booking has been confirmed and a deposit paid please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate any reasonable requests.

We do however reserve the right to decline any changes to orders that we deem to be unachievable.

We kindly ask that any changes are requested and agreed at least 7 days prior to delivery or collection.

Please note: additional charges may apply for changes made.


Delivery & Collection:

Delivery: We offer delivery within a one hour radius from Oswestry, Shropshire, including Liverpool.

We charge a small fee for this service, which is calculated based on the distance from Oswestry to the delivery address.

Collection: This option is free of charge and there is a 15 minute window for pick up to take place after the agreed collection time.

Damage following receipt of your order:

Upon delivery or collection your order will be in perfect condition. We therefore cannot accept responsibility for any damage that may arise after this time.

Our bakes are fragile and to ensure they remain in perfect condition prior to enjoying, we ask that they are stored in a cool dry place, away from direct heat and handled with care during transportation.


Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel:

If you need to cancel your order, we ask that you please let us know as soon as possible.

Cancellations within 7 days of the delivery/collection date may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit paid at the time of booking.

If we need to cancel:

In the extremely unlikely event that we need to cancel an order due to unforeseen personal circumstances, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer a full refund of any monies paid, including the deposit made at the time of booking.
